At Botnia Skincare, we stand behind our handcrafted botanical formulas and want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If a product isn't a perfect match for your skin, we offer returns or exchanges on items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our botanical support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original glass packaging and include your order slip to ensure your return is processed accurately by our studio team.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is inspected at our lab, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
